Before your shoot, we’ll connect for a planning call to chat through wardrobe, makeup, location (most often our Upper Marlboro studio), and the overall vibe. While you’re the star of the session, every detail—from styling to setting—is part of your story and helps us deliver portraits that shine.

Portrait Session Details
When is the best time to schedule your session?
Portraits can be done year-round. For outdoor sessions, spring, early/late summer, and fall offer the best natural light and scenery. Prefer a more polished look? Our studio in Rockville MD offers a variety of professional backdrops and controlled lighting for stunning results in any season.
Will I receive all of the images from my shoot?
To ensure every image meets our high standards, we do not deliver raw or unedited files. You’ll select your favorite images based on your package, and we’ll professionally edit each one. Can’t decide? Additional retouched images are always available for purchase.
When will I receive my photos?
Within 2 days of your shoot, you’ll receive a private gallery link for image selection. Final edited images are delivered within 1 week of receiving your favorites. Need one image quickly for an event or your website? Let us know in advance and we’ll deliver a retouched image within 2 business days.
